Tax lien investing is a great method to get properties with low risk and cost of entry. It produces high profits and returns. Investing in tax lien not only help investors gain income but also learn lots of information along the way.
So as a first time investor, where do you start? You can begin by getting a list of properties put up for auction in the nearest area. Go to the county office and ask for this. Also, know the date of the sale and where it would happen. Set a budget because cash is the usual requirement. And if you win by bidding, be patient in waiting for the redemption period to come. If the homeowner does not pay his tax debt, you can then claim your interest and earn profit.
